Purchasing
Fermenting Pots
Currently only the 5 litre pot is available for delivery by courier to anywhere on the UK mainland. Delivery to other UK locations and the Replublic of Ireland costs extra - please contact us for a quote. However, if you are in England, Wales or Scotland (excluding Highlands & Islands) you can order via Paypal by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button. If the 'Buy Now' button is not visible this is most likely due to us being out of stock - please contact us on 01628 580095 or enquiries@pepperminthealth.co.uk.

7.5 litre pots are currently only available for delivery to certain London postcodes and parts of Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. All other sizes are available to special order only. Please contact us for details.

Shipping And Handling (5 litre pots)
The total cost of packaging and courier delivery is £18.00. Each pot is carefully packed in a snug-fitting but strong cardboard box and surrounded with packing chips. This in turn is surrounded with bubble wrap and placed inside a second box to provide as much protection as possible.

Orders placed Sunday to Wednesday will usually be despatched the next working day, subject to availability. Orders placed Thursday to Saturday will be despatched on the first working day of the following week, again subject to availability. This is to avoid the risk of loss or damage due to the parcel being stored in the courier's warehouse over the weekend.

Our courier guarantees delivery between one and three days. Very often, it is next day delivery. If you are not able to be there to receive the parcel and would like it left with a neighbour or in a particular location (e.g a porch) it is your responsibility to leave a note for the delivery driver - unfortunately we are not able to provide them with specific instructions. Please note also that we take no responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.

Important
We take great care packing our pots (see Shipping and Handling above) so that they arrive at their destination safely and intact. However, it is your responsibility to check that the pot is not damaged when it is delivered. For this reason we recommend that you keep a letter opener or scissors near to hand for when the pot arrives so that you can check it before you sign for it, and if there are any notify the driver. We cannot take responsibility for any damage identified after delivery.

Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase you can return it to us as long as it is unused within seven days of receipt (as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). Please call us first on 01628 580095 so that we can help you return the item correctly; we recommend that you hold on to the packaging in which the goods were delivered for at least a week just in case.

Shipping costs on returned items will not be refunded. We charge a 10% restocking fee on each item returned. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy Policy
We will not disclose your personal information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
